The Institute for Responsible Online and Cell Phone Communication is teaching Responsibility 2.1C, our unique concept of Digital Responsibility for a new digital generation. It is our belief that we cannot treat 21st century problems like "sexting" or "cyber bullying" with 20th century solutions and reactive "old school" threats, reprimand and curriculum. Sexting is the "Trend Du Jour", Ready For What's Next?

Rate: 1 Flag

Not too long ago, the terms "predators" and "cyber bullying" were fixtures in national headlines, and prior to that, it was "spyware", and prior to that, it was "Spam." So while today everyone is talking about Sexting and what to do about it, who is preparing you for what's next?

You Cannot Unplug The Internet - Digital Responsibility 2.1C MUST be Understood

The Institute for Responsible Online and Cell-Phone Communication has defined negative digital trends like "sexting" and "cyber bullying" as "Digital Diseases" and they have proactively developed an innovative and effective "Cure" for current and future "Digital Disease".

The Institute or (I.R.O.C.2 a.k.a I ROCK) is to date a self funded nonprofit dedicated to saving lives and communities by educating our digital generation about their unique concept of "Digital Responsibility". The Institute's acclaimed pilot program "Sexting Is Stupid" communicates an effective message that captivates the audience and introduces a new and proactive way of (digital) thinking.

The Institute was founded by Richard and Jacqueline Guerry and it's mission and program has been developed by individuals with over 100 years combined education and school administration experience as well as, but not limited to, information technology and juvenile safety experts, general and child psychology specialists, and child advocacy legal counselors.

The "Trend Du Jour" is clearly sexting which means; (i) The problem (digital disease) already exists nationally; (ii) Many lives are already being affected, and therefore (iii) It is too late to proactively minimize the damage or stop the problem.

The Institute for Responsible Online and Cell-Phone Communication's program can help your community with damage control if sexting is already a problem, it can help your community avoid it if you have not yet been affected, but most importantly, the Institute can prepare your community for what's next!
