OH, my God! I couldn't watch it all the way through.
He's okay, but he's no Lorne Greene.
This is funny - after I finished puking i started laughing. His hairpiece looks like it shifted a little left, and he sure looked better then than his alcohol-riddled self of today. And he was really serious about this piece wasn't he?

Great find. I confess though, I too couldn't make it to the end.
I watched this in astonishment. So back in 1978 he was already peddling himself as self-parody? Oh well, a man's gotta do what a man's gotta do.
Snap ~ I feel just like your avatar after watching that!!!
William Shatner is the bomb!!!!!!! I have his and Leonard Nimoy's best of!!!

LEONARD NIMOY SINGS LEGEND OF BILBO BAGGINS FOR THE WIN!!!!

hehehehehehehehe!!!!!!!!!!! BILBO!!!! ;)
The greatest ham on Earth! Shatner sure has gone a long way with limited ability. He cracks me up!
It's hard not to like the guy 'cuz he's such a survivor, but this just might be the deal breaker for me.
Oh I'm in good company. I couldn't finish it either but it did make me laugh..right before I ran to the bathroom :)
Larry, I Luv ya, always happy sunshine. I don't go for ratings...just for a giggle now and then, except when I really hunch down and write. No...no ratings, this was just for fun. Keep me real, Larry...u r Cool.
I just got back from Disneyland, and nothing there compares to this. Freaking awesome! Shatner at his campy best(worst).
I see your Rocket Man and raise you A Very Good Year:

That was horrible. And the cigarette. Everyone smoked then.
Ah, the good old days, when the true artists were able to sing/speak their poetic interpretations of popular hits.
Everything that Shatner touches turns to artistic gold! Gold, I say. His "Rocketman" is a tour de force, a classic for the ages.

After all, he's Denny Crane.

Thanks for this reminder of true genius.
too painful to watch all the way through. it just makes you wonder what the hell was going through his mind when he conceived of doing that.
HO. LEE. CRAP. I realize I'm late, but I just found this. I did watch to the end, and I'm trying right now to decide whether to listen to Silkstone's offering or to stab my eyes and ears out with my pen.
