thank you for the laugh! rAted!
I'm digging the beatnik serpent. Love these.
Hah! Those are probably accurate depictions of what inspires much poetry...from men at least.
that wouldn't be the first old devil that lets his weiner do his talking for him
Ah, this explains why Garrison Keillor has put out that book of sonnets...
Skip, I really liked these. Are these recent?

Can I be so bold as to ask for a special request? In the near future a post of what work you doing lately. I'm always interested in seeing changes in artist's work and the more I've seen of yours, the more I want to learn about it.

Thanks for posting.
Classic, Skip, your pictorial statement of immutable truth: poetry’s wellspring is one with our libidinal juices, gushing whence they rush... and let the PTA be scandalized. They’ll get over it.

As that departed bard of Ireland wrote in his final year, “You think it horrible that lust and rage/ Should dance attention upon my old age;/ They were not such a plague when I was young;/ What else have I to spur me into song?”

Let me be a randy goat bleating lyrics for that lithe woman who’ll writhe on my threadbare tatami – ‘til I die!
Clever and true, poetry is seductive.
Are these for sale, either the originals or as prints?
I love poetry! Now I can see why... Rated
I'd like to say this might work for some women but not me. I'd be lying.
Nice work, Skip.
Hmmm; great minds...? rated

I can just smile. Well done.
Is it possible that I have a heart on from these? ;)
How funny? but only because it is so true.
Like these a lot. Great talent.
I'm loving the recent poetry explosion on OS (or maybe just any small increase in poetry posts seems explosive because they're not usually the most frequently hit up on OS) and I love your visual contribution. Sincerely rated.
