The Lawyer and the Correction Officer
My parents and I aren’t there five minutes before my uncle’s roommate starts in. “SHUT UP!” yells Mr. Green.* Our arrival in the middle of Christina’s Court is clearly a major inconvenience.

Going Out of Print
Today, I received an
email from agent informing me that my Black Artemis novels

disheartening. And yet despite the bad news, something inside my
soul resonated.
