Bio
In my avatar pic I am holding someone's pet skunk somewhere in Oklahoma when I was four. I guess I have always been an accepting type of girl. • It is all about trying. Sometimes laughter is the only medicine. I am often, as I like to say, creatively confused. Although I am what some would describe as accomplished, I want to be a better being. I love as I try. • My work posted here is of course copyright Natalie K. Munden. • Oh, and did you know that some people take drugs in order to experience vertigo ON PURPOSE?

A poem of tragedy I wrote at age 16

Rate: 9 Flag

The huge, angry burning cloud

Swirls and whirls above our heads

Growing bigger, blacker

Evidence of this horror stings

Smelling of ugly human mistakes

The burned ones are buried

Sadly, in a sea of garbage

When will they ever learn?

My little brothers have been baking again.

Haw haw hawwwww! Hee hee heeeee... (r)
Robin: I wondered if people would read it, or skip it because there has been too much bad news lately. Thanks!

Akopsa: So many smart people on this site... ;-)

Studman: I know that scene. Tragic! Tragic!

ClarkK: Love it that you love it.
The biggest tragedy being the little brother's baking, right..
Cool.
Trig: You got it. PS: I don't really have brothers. Thanks for coming by and commenting. Appreciate the visit.

FusanA: I am humbled by your comment. I found this poem when looking through my old diary. I cannot recall why I wrote it, but I confess that I remember I found the thought of revealing the idea of little boys burning cookies, or some such thing, quite amusing.
Ha! Good one, indeed.
