Enough already. How many times do people need to send me this video?
It's a kitten wearing a tiny hat, whose mother cat smacks him.
Based on the emails, facebook messages etc., this is either the most hysterical or it's the most cruel video ever. Let's be clear. You're all wrong. Cats aren't people. This isn't child abuse. Even this video of Speedo, the evil mom cat did little to convince me otherwise.
This is just a mother cat protecting her kitten from a "foreign" object. She doesn't know what it is, so she bitch-slaps him. Makes perfect sense to me. She's doing her job.
Then I discovered the awful truth.
This is a viral ad campaign. A very successful one. Damn it. He is awfully cute though.
