The Redmond company announced that it included an option for monitoring the micro blogging site to its Dynamics CRM software.
Dynamics CRM, the tool for Customer Relationship Management (CRM, or customer relations) from Microsoft will receive a "social network accelerator" that allow companies to aggregate the comments made about them by their customers on Twitter and power return disseminate targeted information products.
Microsoft has already announced that the accelerator should receive additional functionality related to social networks in the next versions. One thinks for example Facebook.
With Dynamics CRM, Microsoft joined Salesforce.com, which has already submitted its March CRM tool for Twitter and Facebook. Salesforce.com account to add MySpace to the number of social networks supported.
Competition get sharpened a little more on the segment where Microsoft CRM must redo its delay in making its bid to quickly level.
