Bio
I attune to the power of words, how they are used, spoken, and written.  Some things I refuse to write about, because therein is a painful memory, or a sweet so much that a tear falls yet again. The very process of writing to me is to possess.  To embrace.  To touch. And the fact of it - the writing itself - makes it all the more indelible, so concentrated upon, and the piece of spirit that emerges was the point of doing the piece in the first place, but you did not know that when you began.

VERSE

Di - Verse,
Think of all you embrace.
And also all you reject.

In - Verse,
Your opposite’s meaning;
to go inside, to try to further your Quest.

Re - Verse,
As if running in place,
back-pedaling, game-saying, for a Truth.

Con - Verse,
To spar or agree with your partner,
finding what you mutually conclude.

Ad - Verse,
A change in fortune;
when it doesn’t come out your way.

Ob - Verse,
Perhaps just the opposite,
but new paths can open to your Fate.

Per - Verse,
things that are not of your norm;
outside the realm of what you’ll accept.

Trans - Verse,
Perhaps going in circles,
but learning what you can expect.

Tra - Verse,
To persevere to an ending,
taking all you can in your stride.

Uni - Verse,
The whole, the completion,
loving all that you carry, Inside.

Oohaah.. you shared this! I feel so - universal - when I get to spend time with my kiddos. One of which, a long-lost niece, beloved Bobby's daughter, who joined Gwennie and I, sweet .. sweet. The world is a wonderfully open place, and I am soo glad you inhabit it with me, Libs and Mical. You are so, so dear to me. Tx - from me widdle heart.
"loving all that you carry inside." gorgeousness! I am so happy I stopped here tonight. Be well!
Thank you, Maureen! I know you know how things can come about that just - revitalize. Sweet to see ya!
Much enjoyed this clever piece!

Versa-tile ~ "able to adapt or be adapted to many different functions or activities."

That would be you!

~R~ Ingenious and thought provoking ~
Eyespye -- you mystery girl, you. I am so kindred with you, yet have absolutely no idea who you are. I do not have a single parameter to judge/wish you by. Color, creed, bone structure, heed. You are the wonderful mystery who - oooh..honey. Helps my voice. You are, indeed, a wilderness. And I call my echo into the light of the dark, if you will, -- that you are. Tx, Xt, can I spell it any other way? Treasure...
This is so darn clever, Songbird.
verse: the work of a Poet.
We are all poets of our own lives.
Life IS poetry. We cannot see it because of the adverse, i guess:
"Ad - Verse,
A change in fortune;
when it doesn’t come out your way."
then we fume, or fall victim to envy or anger, and life
is just prosaic.
Hidey, James -- but but but... isn't prosaic better than Pro-Zac? Funnin' wid ya. Yes, we are our own poets. Sigh.
Wonderful. You are very well versed, indeed!
Why thank you, Ash! That is a high compliment, comin' from you, so very well versed your Self! Sweet of ya!
