After doing my patriotic duty tonight and watching the Monday night football game where Chargers crush Favre, Jets.

I had a swig of Christian Brothers brandy while listening to some great Jazz music and pleasantly drifted off to 'never never.' After a few minutes I awoke with a disturbing thought associated with a picture I had seen earlier today, in conjunction with having heard later, before the game, some 'expert political analyst' on CNN say more than one time, while discussing the presidential campaigns of John McCain and Barack Obama, that "Everybody likes John McCain." in the sense that John is a nice likeable man, although they weren't saying that they would necessarily want to vote for him rather than Obama.

I know I'm being a little picky but I AM somebody, and I do not like John McCain. I mean I just do not like him, from what I think I know about numerous of his decisions, actions and behavior. I love him as a fellow human being, but I do not like him. And although my transcendental Mother Kali and my personal Spirit Worlds goddess, Rasanna, are not limited to human body form, they do not like what I don't like about him, either, although they love him in the best spiritual sense, and respect his right to admire, worship and hug whomever he chooses to. Whatever else he has or has not done, this picture to me, is worth more than a thousand words, records and documents.

If YOU could see my face now YOU would know that I do not like John McCain

So now that I have written this, to 'set the record straight' and followed the admonition to "Be true to yourself" - after I click the "Publish" tab here, I can get back to enjoying the music knowing that somebody has clearly and specifically made it official that not everybody 'likes John McCain,' and no kind of well informed expert can ever truthfully say again that "Everybody likes John McCain." And I think I'll have another swig of brandy - to help clear that image from the surface of my conscious awareness.
