I've always considered myself to be a rational person. The key word here would be "I've." Within my cranial cavities there has to be a logical reason behind every action, movement or consequence. Nothing can be fully understood or resolved without logic or rationale. Or so I thought.
She was simple woman, my Mom. She asked for nothing of those she loved yet gave herself to them unconditionally. She questioned the workings of her family's dynamics yet understood. She dreamed of a more glorious life yet was content in the one she and Dad had shared. A woman… Read full post »

I was talking to Boris Baer the other day. You know the guy, the expert on honey bee reproduction. Now one might wonder why we care how honey bees reproduce. It’s not like most of us are interested in having a sexual relationship with a honey bee. Unless you’re… Read full post »
For my fellow readers; this is long statement in which I don’t expect you all to take the time to read, but one that I would like to get out there. What I am writing about can/may affect any one of you in the present, or the future, be it for… Read full post »

So far we're at 28 inches here in our sleepy town in Ct. and it's still snowing. Only expect another 1-3. The dog has yet to be able to get out but she has the patience of a dog saint. Hope everyone is safe where they are! We could have had 5 ft.… Read full post »
I hate board games. I’d rather be bathing in chicken fat. Friends bait me. They say they want to come for a nice quiet visit and within 45 minutes the cardboard is laid out, the plastic colored pawns have been personally chosen and I've filled a glass with one hell… Read full post »

I tend to be drawn toward weirdness. Yes, I know welcome to OS. That aside, I have a strong proclivity for shows on TV that question my logic. Again, yes I know welcome to Dee’s world.
