Everyone knows that Sammy Sosa bulked up big time during the latter part of his career. According to the New York Times, those larger muscles were partly the result of performance enhancing drugs.
So we know that many of his home runs were tainted by the use of the drugs.
What else did Sosa do?
He altered his jerseys so that people could see the bigger guns he had.
According to an article from CNBC on the business of sports, Sosa had his jerseys altered so that the arms had elastic tapering. This would, of course, make his arms look bigger.
