Now that I'm done kicking Amy T.'s ass on all this vaccine stuff I can return to my "normal" life. At last report Amy had retreated to the bowels of Harvard to re-group. Have no doubt that she'll back with some wacky shenannigans by sunrise, and also no doubt that no matter how wacky it is that it will be prominent on the cover of this esteemed virtual publication.
When that happens and we all know it will, I will take three deep breaths and pray to Jesus, Allah, and Tinkerertink69 that I am able to ignore it all. Actually that should be pretty easy because I have gainful employment this week; will be gone all day and hopefully too tired when I get home to even look. Thusly I pray.
I know the vaccine crap was and is tiring but I felt it was necessary to debate. Remember at all times my friends that we are free to think independently and that questions are normal and healthy.
A toast to our health!!! (the divine clinking of fine crystal)
So as a wise and enlightened man once said (Ace Ventura: pet detective), alrighty then... and as I say now, onwards and upwards.

Last night the kid (descendant of Odin, Charlemagne, some bog stompers from Scotland and yes ME) went to his girlfriends homecoming. The little bugger has a decent sense of fashion (NOT inherited from me) as you can see below......

He had a great time reportedly: even kicked some kids ass on the dance floor where he left his competitor agape by doing an exact replica of the moonwalk.
This morning I discovered the girlfriend here when I awoke. The two of them demanded breakfast, and of course I cooked and served it up --this being my lot in life; pancakes and deli ham slices fried up with butter and maple syrup.
Then the business of the day. MY New Orleans Saints and the New York Giants, both undefeated before today were playing at noon, and due to the Chiefs playing also at noon we had to find someplace with satellite that was showing the game.

The place we found was Johnies Tavern, 1310 Grand Avenue in Kansas City Missouri at the new and splendiferous Kansas City Power and Light district. Mini-me donned his Saints T and his black bikers bandana and we blazed a trail to Johnies.

This person anchored the bar. After she signed my waiver stating that her image was mine to publish and distribute on the internet I consented to taking this picture...

The bar wench sold me on the bloody mary bar. They serve up a shot of Bombora on ice at which time you just go over and finish making it yourself at this little table.

Little did they know there at Johnies that I would make a meal out of this "bloody mary bar". These people had a vat of huge green olives that were stuffed with bleu cheese or feta, or a combination, who knows. Whatever! They were freaking delicious. I didn't count exactly but along with the celery sticks and pepperoncinis and pickles and lime slices I had upwards of 20 stuffed olives. I've been wanting to go vegetarian anyway so this might have been the impetus I needed to get me started in the right direction. The universe always give me hints like this...

Here I am, the Trigosaurus... going vegan.
MY Saints kicked the Giants ass handily. Final score 48-27. New Orleans remains undefeated; the Giants, well... not so much. The Saints are the real deal this year and for football fans, watch out!
And Damn the Kansas City Chiefs even won their first game this season beating Washington 14 to 6. Woo hoo! The Chiefs are now 1 and 5 and of course we expect them to finish the season at 11 and 5 and go to the playoffs.......NOT.
Just a day in the life here from your highly paid OS correspondent TRIG.
Have a good week everyone. Keep your eyes open for bullshit while you enjoy your upcoming week. I know I will...

You are Trig, Jr. are a handsome pair! What capers you two have!
By the way, if you were truly going Vegan (vs. vegitarian), you'd have to take the cheese out of the olives and replace it with something made of tofu or nuts (no anmial products, not even eggs). I fear that would make you a very disappointed Trigosaurus.
Glad to hear that you provide a nice breakfast to your son's sleep over guests, I hope that he returns the favor.
Danget mamoore I knew I was (or might be) talking BS about all that vegan thing. Thanks for the clarification :). Glad you like my son too. Your daughters will be there faster than you can blink
Owlie you always blow my mind in your ability to get to EVERY POST ever posted on OS. Wherever I venture I see you there before me. It WAS a good day and thank you.
"Actually that should be pretty easy because I have gainful employment this week"
YEAAAAA on the gainful employment!! Is the male strip club still paying well? I haven't danced there in months.
Maybe this winter.
(I'm the one ugly dude out of the 99 hot guys!! ;D)
Stevie Blevins~ it could be possible that you and I prayed to the Tink in unison before. Wow!
TINK! I could maybe make $$$ as a stripper, if I didn't have to remove my clothing... Come back and check the pics later my King.
Duane, I know, right! I was unhappy with that pic but still had to include it. Sorry about them there G-Mens dude..
Glad your saints won. Way to go Saints.. and OMG the Chiefs won- shocking.. maybe one day they will come back.. NOT.. I missed the games,, damn it! I am going to have to get dish hooked up because I LOVE football..
Great post Trigger!!!
Vegans have white fat. That ain't right. There's something wrong with that.
Fireeyes :) the Chiefs game which was on most of the 50 flat screens at Johnies was excruciatingly boring. I watched them too of course though, and was happy of the outcome of course. Now the Saints... they went up the field so seemingly effortlessly against the "class of the NFL" the Giants... well it was poetry in motion.
Thanks about X. He is a jewel to be sure..
You rock! Pretty sure I've said this before, but I'll say it again--I wanna party with you!
btw...did you get to see the Patriots game? Blackout here in Phoenix, but I was on the phone with my Sis...what a blow out!
:-)
Nanahoo you know the deal at the P&L. And yeah, go figure the Cheifs won too. The kid was looking sharp last night and today too. Like I said he has a fashion sense. His momma taught him how to dress and I should give her credit there I suppose.
Hi Spots... I missed Vegas. Well, maybe one of these days.
Yeah I watched the Pats til it got boring which wasn't long.
It was snowing!
Cap'n.. yes the boy got most of his manly qualities from Mom. dammit.
Dan, I wouldn't be surprised either
Sandra.. he appreciates it. We appreciate each other. Thank you so much.
The bar gal looks pretty all blurry!! ;)
And OLIVES???? Oh nummy nummy nummmmmmmmmmmy!!!
:)
Regarding the good doctor, you should do what I do - completely ignore her, pretend she does not exist. I see a blank space where her posts show up on the feed. Seems like any time you make points in the comment stream she deletes them, so why bother? It isn't worth the rise in blood pressure, dude.
Thumbed for partying with the offspring.
I'm glad you like Zashin
scoubidoo, a pepperoncini marinated in a bloudy mary for a while is perty darned good.
Damn Tink, I didn't notice that guy looking at me like a hungry wolf!
Ginny Rose.. I had two bloody mary's, total 8 dollars. Not only did I get the drinks but about 20 bucks worth of gourmet stuffed olives.
scanner.... I gave ya the address man!
Bill S. I was doing good at ignoring her. Really I was... til I saw that dumb vaccine shilling thing. I know, I'm bad.
yes ma'am miss gwendolyn.. a good day-- good weekend
Kellylark says "fun post" and I say thank you. That was the idea alright :)
And I wanted to show people that I DO have a left side of my face.
