Glad you Agree!
This was my Blue Moon last night.
Driving home from work last night, I thought I would go down to the waterfront, as it was such a beautiful evening and would probably be a beautiful sunset – and who knows how many more of them I would be privy to before winter sets in. It happens so fast, you know!
Then I started to feel sad. I had no one to share the sunset with. I could go down to the waterfront – I had a chair in my trunk – I could sit and have a very peaceful time, looking at the water and watching the sun go down. It’s not that I was lonely – just didn’t want to be alone.
As I’m about a mile from home, my phone rings ( don’t tell anyone that I answered it as driving) but it was me best & oldest friend, calling to ask if I wanted to meet for dinner. And wanting to meet for dinner at the waterfront I was headed towards. Of Course!!
Over dinner, we discussed how great it was that we were both still in-sync with one another.
A great dinner (Cedar Plank Salmon) and such a beautiful view.
And it turned out to be a beautiful sunset
And the perfect evening with the perfect friend.
