Inventor, poet, copywriter, self described know it all when it comes to the fishing and eventual catching of big yellow mouth trout, especially those of the saltwater speckled variety. I don't like long walks on the beach, I would rather body surf for hours in 5 to 10 ft. swells.

For Roger Ebert and his beautiful wife Chaz, who today appeared on Oprah. Without the love and care, we are all weeds. Chaz Ebert, "I will not let him die." Roger who faced and still faces a long battle with cancer has been blessed with the dedication of his beautiful wife Chaz. May God bless both of you.

This show brought this former Warrior to tears. What a woman Chaz is.Though I never cared much for his reviews or his politics  (Roger Ebert was a big lib and I'm not, he never met a Spike Lee movie he didn't like but having said that...) God Bless you Roger....and I pray my wife and yours have a special place in heaven.

 

A Devoted Gardener of Love and Beauty

I looked upon her beauty as a flower
I hesitated to pinch her from her stem
Instead I planted myself next to her
Where I too have flourished in a sense…..

In the 90s, I was very fortunate to work with Roger Ebert at a number of film events. Through this work I met Chaz and was always impressed with her spirit and energy. A truly lovely woman.

Kathy, you can watch the show on Fancast or some other online site. I assure you that you will cry your eyes out, regardless of Rogers many over the top reviews of Spike Lee. This is one amazing woman and as Oprah said she deserved the title of "Woman". We men are weeds and the women who love us don't see anything but life.
