Eastern Newt. Such beautiful creatures. They are around all summer too.

Burning Bush. This plant, although pretty, is considered an invasive. If you are in a state like Vermont and New York, where it is invading the forests, don't plant it.

These are terrific photos, Sheba! Fall foliage is my favorite time of year, and should be in full bloom where I live in about two weeks. One of the things I'm going to do when it arrives is the Walkway Over the Hudson, an old railroad bridge around Poughkeepsie. With the foliage on both sides of the river, the view should be spectacular on a clear day.
I'm in love with that photo of the newt!
oooh pretty. you made me smile and enjoy the day- Thank you!!
These are so beautiful. Yesterday I went out with my camera for some fall pictures, but fall is just not here yet...~r
Thank you, Sheba, these are lovely pictures which capture the beauty of Autumn forever. ~Rated
Wow! I love the newts and the burning bush - so pretty!
My heart sings when I look at these photos. I absolutely adore this time of year. It's too early for color yet in Atlanta, but soon our canopy will be ablaze too. Thanks for sharing these great shots.

Beautiful, beautiful fall. Can't wait for it to get to me!
Gorgeous photos, Sheba. You're ahead of us, of course, but a stroll in the park yesterday gave us a couple of glimpses of glories to come. As did this lovely display.
Thank you. Your photos are beautiful I especially like the newt and web hanging leaves. They're a reminder of quiet life in the forest.
Fabulous photos, I love that little newt.

Awesome set!! Love the fall colors!!! We're just starting to show some here. Might have to do a Sunday trip with the camera!
Absolutely gorgeous. Fall is upon us.
Newts are magical creatures...I had one named Sally. She lived to be 5,1/2 years old. She was demonstrative in her funy way.
