Last night, weather experts predicted 18 inches of April 1st snow for the Berkshires. Today, they say eight. A couple so far. Nothing but flakes and fools here, including me. Enjoy your warmth.

Flakes! 18 inches! We have an unusual 80 degrees here. The hot is getting hotter and the cold is getting colder and they will collide in super storms. Oh Boy.
Keep the snow there. I repeat KEEP THE SNOW THERE!
I'm rating this, but if I see any snow within 100 miles I'll take it back.

Seriously?

Congratulations on the EP!
What beautiful pictures! I especially like the one of the roadside trees...
Beautiful photos, Sheba. April fooled us by NOT delivering the predicted snow here, but it's still early. Congratulations on the EP!
♥R
Thanks, you all. Yes, Leepin Larry, this post is not a joke. I sure appreciate the EP, but was it worth the snow? It is really coming down now. Pouring flakes. I'm trying to finish a response to a proposal, which I hope gets done before we lose electricity again. The "experts" even said to expect electrical outages because this stuff is so wet.
Just got up and congrats my friend..
Its sugar snow isnt it??:)

It's chilly and dreary here, I would die if it snowed. You're getting better and better with that camera!
I wish you many days of no snow.
Snow is predicted for here, Prince Edward Island, Canada, for later on today and for tomorrow. Only a couple of inches and to be followed by rain that will probably melt it away quickly. As I write this, the sky is darkening and the clouds are thickening. The weatherman might actually be right!! (That would REALLY be an April Fool's joke!)

Fantastic photos. They really capture the ambiance of a fresh snowfall late in the season. Wonderful!

;-)
.
OH Sheba, you have had more snow this year...of course, maybe that's typical for where you live, but it seems like your area has had tons!
So, I daydream about a country property in New England so we can visit all our family and stay awhile (most of our family on both hubby's and my side are your 'neighbors')...how's summers in Vermont? Any good lakes ?
Yes yes same damn thing here. Enough with the snow already!!
Eww, shiver me timbers. Here in Tucson we are having an April Fool's in the opposite direction - unusual heat! It is expected to be in the mid 90's today. I'll take the heat, thank you :).
Yes, was thinking of flying out this weekend, but decided not to try and do it, there was a predication of heavy snow!!!! Amazing how it still comes. Beautiful, but I am looking for some new beauty, like sun, flowers, warmth....very nice pictures.
I'll apologize in advance for the 93 degree weather I am having today (no April Fools, it's seriously 93)

gorgeous pics, I especially like the clothespins
Those photos are gorgeous. I waiting to see if it was a trick though. Being April 1st and everything considered. :)
I always love your snow pics, mainly because I'm just over the mountain in Dover, and I'm too busy/lazy to capture the images myself.

Indeed an April fooling surprise... Nice images that make you really wish it was over.
I love your photography but glad I'm not there...~r
Beautiful pictures, I can feel the cold looking at them. Congratulations, well deserved EP. R
Looks like Minnesota. We are expecting our first April snow today. Dear, sweet Lord, I hope it misses us! Hang in there. By July, we forget what cold felt like.
Snow or no, Bennington's always beautiful.
