Andy Hallett Has Left The Building *sob*

Rate: 13 Flag

At risk of becoming known as the celebrity death ghoul of OS...

Andy Hallett is Gone.

Thirty-three is way, way too young to die. Of anything. But especially of heart failure.

Mr. Remedy and I are in the middle of Season 3 of Angel right now.

What a loss.

And I just got diagnosed with severe Mitral Regurgitation today D. I don't even want to read about a young person dying from a heart problem. I may be facing an aortic replacement.
Oh, Blue.

Stupid fragile human bodies.
Oh Blue, shit. I'm so sorry.

You're young and strong and will weather the surgery well. My husband, at 52, had a hip replacement last summer. He breezed through the surgery (if you can breeze through such a thing) and is so much better off.

Again, let us know what we can do.

Thumbs may remain down on this post, out of respect for He Who Gave Heart to the vampire with a soul.
My heart is BREAKING. I'm only on season 2, but to know Mr. Hallett is to love him. Blue, you're in my prayers, such as they are; God and I are kind of on the outs right now, especially after so much difficult news recently. Fuckin' funny old world, ain't it?
I'm so sorry to hear that.....he was such a doll. Blue, keep the faith....I'll be praying for you.
Just to be sure you figure it out, Larry...he wasn't really green in real life.

It's not easy being green.
an interesting character from osterville ma. I remember this scene. RIP andy. --rated-- and i'll say a prayer for blue (greg).
oh this is sad. i wish my laptop speakers weren't fucked. i really liked this guy. wow, thanks for letting us know. love love love and gratitude and sadness.
*sob*
not to macho to cry... let's not forget how Lorne was key to the rescue of Fred...
I hadn't realized how impossibly YOUNG he was while portraying Lorne.
Well, that is sad.
I was unfamiliar with Andy, but 33 is too young.
Too sad to lose a young talent like that.
definitely too young.
Good God! what caused the heart failure?
The story says he's had serious heart disease for five years. Which is even MORE upsetting.

Donate your organs, people. Please. For the love of all that anybody considers holy.

Stupid fragile human bodies.
No.

I do not believe you.

I won't.
Hell's toenails, you're kidding! Please be kidding!!
Oh crap.... goodbye Lorne...
Numfar! Do the Dance of Mourning!

And at 33? That's at least 60 years too young.
He had the same condition as my first fiance did. It's pretty fecking horrible.

Makes me sad.

Blue, you won't read this, but hey...good thoughts your way...
(Obviously I meant make arrangements to donate your organs after you've no longer using them. Not right now.)

Everything I've read or heard about Andy confirmed that he was a genuinely sweet and generous man, always open to meeting and chatting with his fans.

Sitting down next to Kaysong and sighing with her.
One of the enduring messages for our stupid, fragile human bodies, especially if we were given a healthy version, is how important it is to honor the temple, and take care of it. Some weren't so fortunate.

No one is too old to die.
