Well we could go back to the bush way, everybody give thier marbles to billy and when he gets tired of playing with them maybe he will give one back. Of course billy ran off to the Cayman islands with everybody's marbles but who is really paying attention anyhow.

Billy started with no marbles and accumulated 10 marbles under Bush. He lost 2 marbles when the credit market imploded due to the high risk residential loan portfolio created by the lack of congressional oversight and even congressional incentivization.

Under Obama, Billy loses all his marbles and is on the hook for a loan for all of Johnny's marbles, and a cash for clunkers program, too.
