Yes, its a generic hello post to all on Open Salon!. Ive been reading the full Salon website for years (scary), and to be on a domain even close to some of the quality of writing ive read over the years is pretty intimidating to be honest - hence, my inital reluctance to sign up for Open Salon. Anyway, im here now so may as well get on with it. My name is Andrew, i hail from the mostly wet, windy and driech (as we say here) city of Glasgow in Scotland. I work in the IT field, but i have many interests outwith this as well. I hope all these will become clear over the months and years ahead on this blog.
