"Justice cannot be for one side alone, but must be for both.” - Eleanor Roosevelt
The Santa Clara DA, Vicki Gemetti, should read the quote above from a famous woman in history that was a civil rights activist, a First lady, and a founder of the UN – Eleanor Roosevelt. An admirable history of deserved presence -something the vainglorious prosecutor will probably never achieve.
However, in her quest for publicity, the adamant DA is establishing a name for herself as a vicious prosecutor - proceeding in atomic powered mode against an “alleged” child rape victim named Will Lynch. Wills life has been shattered by an accused Jesuit serial child destroyer, known disgustedly as Fr. Jerold Lindner. Will was raped by the priest “allegedly” when Will was only 7.
In May of 2010, Lynch admits he went to Los Gatos, California, and beat the “alleged” clergy poster-priest of filth at the Santa Clara Jesuit resort, where Fr. Linder basks in luxury every day.
For the sake of legal and political correctness, I am referring to Fr. Lindner as an “alleged” rapist. My personal opinion is that it's ludicrous to call Lindner “an alleged rapist”, and I use the term unwillingly, and loosely. The unconscionable Fr. Lindner became widely known as the debased voyeuristic predator that he is by his inhuman vile acts of depravity - “allegedly”.
At least 12 different people have accused Fr. Lindner of egregious child sexual abuse, and the Jesuits who shield and house him have paid millions for his supposed “alleged” sex abuse and rapes of children and toddlers.
Lindner is accused of raping and violating at least two children as young as four years old. And he doesn't blink an eye. Let's call that: “alleged” sociopathic behavior. In reality, let's take a look at the facts; and use logic and reason, instead of the merciless bombardment of annihilated “alleged” rape victims, like the vocal DA, Ms. Gemetti.
But first, let's take a hard look at Ms. Gemettis motivation for pummeling a man who says that Fr. Lindner forced him to have sex with his 4 year old brother, when he was a 7 year old child.
Ms. Gemetti and her Santa Clara DA office office are well aware that the Jesuits have a wealthy voracious presence in the county, and that the Jesuits have a proven habit of rewarding professionals who take their side with cushy employment positions.
That said, it doesn't take a mega-genius to realize the potential for Ms. Gemetti to consummate a future rewards program placement at one of the Society of Jesus' lucrative professional opportunities. At least Ms. Gemetti can say that the pursuit of “justice” has its rewards. It's scary. And that's probably why Ms. Gemetti and the Santa Clara Department of “Jesuit”....I mean “Justice”...is pursuing this case so vehemently.
Yes, opportunity knocks, and the DA's office comes running. We could sure use Eleanor Roosevelt now.
