- I'm never sure how to present myself. On the one hand, my life has been an ongoing example of the "may you live in interesting times" curse since early fetal development -- if they made it into a movie, it'd get slammed for being unrealistic. On the other (luckier) hand, it takes true tragedy -- the suffering or death of others, human or otherwise -- to temporarily knock out my ability to see the absurdity in life and laugh at it.
I would say more, but I have at least one ex with a need to web-search keywords so he can, um, "keep updated" on the activities of all the women he can find that have spurned him. (Well, we all need a hobby, I suppose.) You'll have to get to know me through what tidbits I share here-and-there in comments instead. :)
