I thought it might be interesting to compile a list of people who seem positioned to be given a full pardon from President Bush before he leaves office.
My list is below. I'm sure there are several others who will be on his list that I don't know anything about. But this at least comprises some of the key individuals who would benefit from a presidential pardon before Obama gets into office.
This assumes that Obama will conduct investigations into executive power abuses and other state-sponsored illegal activity. I'm not convinced he will. In fact, I don't even give it even odds of happending, which is too bad.
