GNS Hearts Entwined

Rate: 14 Flag

Two of my hearts got together and are happy.  They have even survived the wind last night.  Clinging together thru a world that can be so hard on lovers.

The double heart is on my mother's porch now.  She loves it.  Still drying tho and the red comes off on my hands.  hmmmmm.  always a work in progress.  More to come but the stucco really has to dry more.

That single heart tried to make it thru the night but I see it is crashed down on the porch now.  Some of the red stucco is destroyed but I can fix it.   I am as rough on my Art as I am with my life.  I sometimes just take chances and hopefully I learn how to avoid mistakes.  Sometimes it takes several crashes and burns.

Hearts.     I have been on OS two years today.  I am better.

So beautiful! Just like love.
Zanelle, what a sweetie you are. You made these! I did not understand about the stucco - is that a finish for ceramic? No matter, they are sweet as pie!
I explained it all a couple posts back. It is a new thing for me. fun
Very Valentine. May their togetherness last.
I love how the hearts reflect everything around them. The mirrors are a nice touch! Appropriate music, also!
May they grow together like our friendship..
HUGGGGGGGGGG
Love this craft with added mirrors to reflect the sun. Love on a string...fragile, beautiful.
In time we see that hearts are resilient
Beautiful work

They're lovely, ha ha, sway and sparkle! Perhaps the double and the one with the baby had more weight to keep them stable so they didn't get tossed around so much. A good analogy on life maybe. It's good you can fix the single heart.
"I am as rough on my Art as I am with my life.

and hopefully I learn how to avoid mistakes."

That is the only way to go!

And always always life, art, (what is the difference?)
a work in progress..........
The single heart is fixed and you would never know it had been slammed down hard and broken. Love it!
First of all, I love these!!! But even more, I loved:

Your persistence is inspiring!
Zanelle - thank you for posting the finished hearts and their movement in the wind. I like tha analogy too about crashing and being repaired. I think the color, material and the broken mirrors contribute to this, and once again thanks so much for sharing.
Somehow you make the simplest sentences sound like the wisest advice in the world...
: )
Sparkling hearts entwined by the wind, in the wind...love it!
Hearts are just 'so' unpredick'table.
I think Ill go out and hang another one. What a world.
You are such a delight! R and huggs.
