I heard this last night.
FOX News and Bill O'Reilly have declared the Occupy Wall Street movement to be dead, dead, dead.
Old Broke Dick John Bailey is more alive than the Occupy Wall Street movement and he was buried a hundred years ago. Yup, he's six feet under over there in the Sutter Buttes. (He died from disappointment of expectations of life).
Yes, yes, the old movement had a good run, what with police supervisors barging up, pepper spraying at random, then running off like punks.
Then there were the whiny young things who complained that guns (GUNS!) were pointed at them.
Reverend Al Sharpton and Roger? no! Michael Moore showed up and showed up some more, making everyone's wrinkle free faces shine even more!
Yes, it was the movement to end all movements...
What What?
You say that "tens of thousands" moiled through the streets of Gotham yesterday? Well that does not sound as if the movement has shuffled off its mortal coil!
You say that they are merely "resting and reorganizing" today?
Then why is that big mouthed Chris Matthews practically planning a New Orleans style funeral march for the movement? Why is Newt Gingrich and Herman Cain more prominent in the news?
Does this mean that we are out of the running for Time Magazines "Person of the Year?"
It's down to two dozen protesters this morning? Wahh! Mahh! Say it ain't so. Is this because New Yorkers are fed up with the movement as CNBC claims?
Stop answering my questions with questions, will you?
Well, I say arrest the mainstream media for the cold blooded murder of OWS!
The mainstream media never did get OWS to march to their orders! There is still no leadership. There is still no lists of demands. People are still pissed off.
Who colluded in the heinous crime? All of the politicians!
None of them were able to latch on and drag tens of thousands of gullible protesters into their self serving spheres of career self perpetuation!
Round up the pundits! They are idiots, attempting to speak for a leaderless, demandless protest movement that never invited them to speak for anything in the first place.
The movement certainly invited the murderous violence, however. Everyone knows that pay/play/bend over/and roll over is the way of politics, government and life in America.
It is clear that the federal government chose to practice their brutal oppression moves with their teargas supershooters and beatdown tech.
You think FEMA was REALLY here for hurricanes and tornadoes? Oh wakey wakey...Occupy is dead...dead...dead...
The movement just didn't move fast enough to dodge the wrath of the establishment, the military industrial complex, and the media...
What what?
Occupy LA has taken over the Bank of America Plaza? Hmmm...that's just aftereffects of the weed that those DEAD zombies were smoking..
Because theyre dead! Dead, dead, dead!
war1057 Woody and Rizzuto
Oh my, the pussification of America! That is what happens when protest movements die!
Occupy SF is now declared a "health nuisance"? A Health nuisance? That is pure pussification, indeed.
Yes, yes, yes, the occupy movement is dead as that monkey who spat chewed up banana on the Godfather' godmother.
So what's next?
Well, we all know that the funeral is next.
Then, the occupy movement will suddenly jump out of the casket and will start singing "Kumbayahhhh Kummmbayahhhh, Kumbayahhhh"!
There might even be some of that drumming!
The Occupy movement is officially the LIVING DEAD....AIIIIEEE!

Nothing will change until a city or two burns down, a quarter million march on Wall Streets busting the windows of every bank and half a million march on D.C.
Martin Luther King got a lot of attention but he got a lot more attention when Malcolm and Stokley told the disenfranchised to take up their guns. The Civil Rights Act didn't pass because Martin was nice.
Like Emma G. said - "If voting changed anything they would make it illegal".

occupy party reaches critical mass/seismic effect--now what?
Myriad: Darned straight. They're going to be ubiquitous. They were over at some bank today, just hanging out. Then some of them were in churches. The cops came in and counted them and of course they lied about it.
And we're just whistling past the graveyard, said the, nervously smiling GOP.

Myriad: were they stupid or what? The priests were pissed at their sanctuary being invaded by obvious liars.
Shiral: I love that! "They eyes was darting from left to right..."
