I love the internet, it allows cowards to voice their opinions about any topic and call people out of their names in complete obscurity. Without it we wouldnt know what they thought but we do know where they live (in moms basement).

Dont dummy down

Deep people, beware of shallow people. If everything you say is going over his or her head then you are DROWNING that person in your conversation. After gaining knowledge of this you have two choices, you can A. dummy down your conversation and by the way this impedes your progress as a individual who inspires growth, or you can B. hang out with other like minded BIRDS who continuously feed each other knowledge. In this case birds of a feather SHOULD flock together.

Hiring __________, This job requires a person who can love unconditionaly, tell the truth, never bite your tongue even if you piss the people off that your working for, make sure the next generation doesnt make the same mistakes as the previous generation, never become friends with the people you work for, constantly encourage any and all of your employers to be better than you or any of your equals, the pay isnt money (has to be a labor of love) and last but not least you Need to have a heart.

If you havent logged off and ran away and your wondering what the job title is then I will tell you, its family man or woman, This person must be ready to sacrifice the relationship between them and their employer, Yes the employer is family and thats who you work for and you are required to make sure by almost anymeans necessary that your next generation goes forward and represent the people who came before you with pride. The pay is better than money you cant put a price on watching your family become better and about the friends listen closely this is more important than not feeding the gremlins after midnight, If you become friends It will be difficult to show your employers tough love when needed, you can have a good relationship but your the one who has to BE THE BAD GUY OR GIRL and remember it aint about you or that person its about the advancement of your family. This may be the person who has to raise your kid one day so keep everybody prepared just in case something happens to you. NOW THAT YOU KNOW WHAT I DO FOR A LIVING AFTER I GET OFF OF MY OTHER JOB TELL ME ARE YOU UP FOR THE JOB OR WILL YOU TURN YOUR BACK ON YOUR FAMILY AND TELL OTHER PEOPLE ABOUT THEIR PROBLEMS. OOPS I ALMOST FORGOT DONT FORGET THAT HEART WE TALKED ABOUT.

Venust flytraps are irresistable to flys, They lay there with their leaves wide open and kick off a scent that flys cant resist, and when the fly goes between the leaves they close up only to swallow and digest him and shit him out in some way shape or form. All I can say is WHAT A FLYTRAP NATURE MADE.

Women In clubs are irresistable to fly guys. They sit there all camouflaged and perfumed giving off irresistable scents and when a Fly guy gets between their legs he tends to lose his mind in lust, in a sense swallowed up. All I can say is WHAT A MANTRAP NATURE MADE.

Funerals are not about you

When a person dies the task of burying that person with dignity usually falls into the hands of people who are the closest and most affected by their death. Your job as an outsider is to see if you can be of any assistance not RESISTANCE. Funerals are not a place where numerous shout outs are given in obituaries, Remember while that person was here you had a good relationship with them right so why do you gotta show a room full of people how close you were. Obituaries are powderkegs waiting to explode I personally believe parents, siblings, grand kids and a special friend or 2 could be mentioned but anything after that would be UNCIVILIZED. And if you got too many grandkids you can also leave them out (they are represented by their parents).I view obituaries as a link to the past so your kids and grandkids can see where they come from and how much class the family had back in those days or lack of class which ever you choose. So I treat obituaries like a bill if it were a million dollar bill that needed to be paid WHO WOULD WANT THEIR NAME ON THAT? NOBODY but the people who had to bury that person would get the bill regardless so those are people you put on the obituary. And remember funerals arent made to divide they are made to strengthen, and im sure that if a death broke up a family instead of brought together what kind of TRIBUTE ARE YOU GIVING THE DECEASED. THE ONES IN THE MOST PAIN ARE THE ONES DOING ALL THE WORK SO PLEASE HAVE SOME SOME COMPASSION OR GO TO YOUR CORNER AND ACT LIKE ITS ALL ABOUT YOU.
