A Stolen Identity in Du Page County, Illinois USA

I have not seen My Mother since January 12, 2006 when I found her injured at our Lombard Brick Bungalow, 502 South Westmore-Meyers Road and Washington Boulevard, across Mrs. Shimek’s green home and Robyn’s brick brownstone. Six (6) years have passed since the Du Page County Clerk Gary King told me that My Mother was dead, but I did not believe him when I replied that My Mother was not dead. Du Page County Social Workers at Elmhurst Memorial Hospital and other medical facilities in Illinois have not contacted me as My Mother’s daughter and next-of-kin family member, even when My Mother was staying with me as a Lombard resident during November and December 2005, and January 2006. During November 2005, I helped My Mother get a Lombard Senior Citizen Identification Card at the Village Hall and Senior Transportation I.D., as a Lombard resident at 502 South Westmore-Meyers Road near the York Township Senior Community Center in District 5, Du Page County, Illinois USA.

After six (6) years, in 2012, I still believe that My Mother is alive, even when the presiding Judge at the 18th Judicial Circuit Court in the Du Page Judicial Center in Wheaton writes a court order to the Guardian Ad Litem not tell me as her daughter that My Mother is Alive under Alias Unknown status. The Du Page County Sheriff knows that My Mother is Alive under Alias Unknown status, but they would never tell me as her daughter where to find her. I have written to the Illinois Attorney General Lisa Madigan reporting that My Mother has been kidnapped, sequestered, and abused as a medical hostage for healthcare experiments and psychiatric studies in care of Pentecostal Baptist Church affiliates and other non-Christian therapy groups for infectious diseases, transgendered groups, and other gay/lesbian healthcare programs. For the last six (6) years “No one has ever notified me about My Mother’s location, healthcare, or blood transfusion needs in Lombard, York Township, Du Page County or in the Chicagoland area, for the State of Illinois, USA”.

I know that My Mother is still alive being used by the Illinois Court system with an Alias Unknown status as a medical hostage patient in senior community centers in Illinois. It is unconstitutional for the Du Page County 18th Judicial Circuit Court and the presiding Judge to deny My Mother the use of her God-given name and prevent her from seeing her natural children as an Alias Unknown senior citizen under medical healthcare and disability in the State of Illinois, under the Constitution of the United States of America.

In the year 2012, Anno Domini, I am being denied the human right to see or meet My Mother who is still under Alias Unknown status as a hostage in a medical healthcare facility in the Chicagoland area, in the State of Illinois, USA. God knows and My Mother knows that I looked for her during January 2006 and No One in the Village of Lombard Police and Fire Department helped me to find her while My Mother was hospitalized under intensive critical care needing a blood transfusion donor. Six (6) years have passed since January 12, 2012, and I know that My Mother is still alive under Alias Unknown status as a senior citizen requiring medical healthcare and attention in the State of Illinois, USA.

The Brain Injury Association of Illinois is celebrating Brain Injury Awareness during the month of March 2012. I can personally support traumatic brain injury awareness in March 2012 because I have been a Victim of Traumatic Brain Injury after I was struck with a blunt object to the head and passed out, following kidnapping, abuse, and torture while I was a Lombard resident homeowner at 502 South Westmore-Meyers Road and Washington Boulevard, in District 5, near St. Pius X Catholic Church, in York Township, DuPage County, Illinois USA.

I have been abused and physically injured several times with a traumatic brain injury to prevent me from recognizing the kidnappers that sequestered me from the Master Bedroom in my Lombard home. I have been hit to the head by criminals who do not want to me appear before a Court Hearing and testify as a witness to abuse and as a Lombard resident homeowner Victim of Heinous Hate Crimes, near St. Pius X Catholic Church, in District 5, DuPage County, Illinois.

In addition, several family members have also suffered from traumatic brain injury following a blunt hit to the head while living as Lombard resident homeowners in Lilac Town and other cities in the United States of America and abroad.

The Marianjoy Rehabilitation Franciscan Health Center in Wheaton and Oakbrook Terrace is known for providing emergency traumatic brain injury treatment in Illinois, U.S.A. My Father, Mr. Roberto Hung Juris Doctor was a Victim of Traumatic Brain Injury after he was injured at home by intruders on December 22, 1996 in the evening. Roberto Hung was operated for an aneurysm and traumatic brain injury at Good Samaritan Advocate Hospital in Downers Grove, Edwards Hospital, Marianjoy Community Rehabilitation Center in Naperville, Manor Care Center in Naperville, Dr. Thomas Cornwell, M.D., Nancy Minch, R.N., Elmhurst Memorial Hospital in Elmhurst, and Dr. Raied Abdullah, Dr. Paul Grodzin, Dr. Cozzi, and other medical staff including Respiratory Ben Aguilar who throttled and murdered him at Vencor Northlake in Northlake, Illinois on June 18, 1998.

During March 2012, friends also remember their accidents resulting in traumatic brain injury while residing in Du Page County, Illinois. Traumatic Brain Injury is caused by a blunt hit to the head which causes a person to lose consciousness, suffer from blurry vision, lose recognition of surroundings, results in loss of memory, and damages brain processes and normal functioning of an individual. Traumatic Brain Injury inflicted by a criminal trespasser, a mugger, or by assault is a federal crime in the United States of America and around the world resulting in criminal penalty and prison sentence.

Greetings during Red Cross Month in 2012! My name is Gardenia C. Hung-Wittler. I have been interested in the Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED training since I was in fifth grade in Santiago de Cuba, when the elementary teacher Emma trained us in basic First Aid, Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation, and Advanced Electronic Defibrillator assistance during the 1967-1968. After I have lived in the United States, I also trained to provide First Aid assistance in Chicago at Avondale Elementary School, Madonna High School. During my college years, Physical Education required training in First Aid/CPR/AED with Herb Parsons our trainer.

American Red Cross First Aid, CPR, and AED training has become more important in the Village of Lombard, during the last 19 years as a Lombard resident homeowner in York Township, DuPage County, Illinois. After my Father and Mother purchased Lombard real estate property as resident homeowners, they both became injured at home by unauthorized trespassers, intruders, and abusers who attacked and injured my parents while they lived in the Village of Lombard as real estate property owners.

I have been able to use the American Red Cross certified training I have received at the College of DuPage with family and friends. In addition, I have attended the American Heart Association CPR/AED training at Alexian Brothers Health Center, the Villa Park First Aid/CPR/AED For Family and Friends, and the DuPage Health Department CPR/AED Basic Training of Survival.

Thanks to the American Red Cross First Aid, CPR, and AED Training, I have been able to help both of my parents when I found them unconscious, injured, and disabled at our Lombard home, 502 S. Westmore-Meyers Road and Washington Blvd., after unauthorized intruders, trespassers, and home invaders abused my parents in Lombard. I had to provide first responders assistance, first aid, CPR and AED for emergency to my parents as Lombard resident homeowners.

Nineteen years ago, since September 2, 1993, I moved to Lilac Town after purchasing a Lombard home from Debra Seckreki in District 5 because she could not afford to pay the homeowner's real estate tax bill of $2,800US. My father, Mr. Roberto Hung who signed the real estate contract purchase paid cash to Debra Seckreki to move to Michigan state and closed the Lombard real estate sale with the payment of Debra Seckreki's real estate tax bill. From our two story Lombard Historic Bungalow's windows built in 1927, I could see east and west, north and south on Westmore-Meyers Road and Washington Boulevard. The sun is always shining on same corner, next to Mrs. Stebbens' (Ahrens) home later owned by John and Eva Carpenter who sold it to Chris and Sara Gulotta and children; next door to the Brown Brick Two-Story Brownstone where the Italian brunette lived with the motorcycle husband who sold their home to Chuck, Robyn, Jennifer and family; across from the Shimeks' green house where John, Liz, Shawn, Bryan, Monique and Taylor lived.

Even in 2012, pedestrians, drivers, and passersby can still see the signs of heinous hate crimes on the burnt lawngrass, the chopped Stark Bros. Golden Delicious Apple Tree, the missing Tea Roses, and the grazed ground at 502 S. Westmore-Meyers Road and Washington Boulevard in District 5, Lilac Town. The Wisconsin Neighbor across the street also suffered from lawngrass burnings in front of her home, as you can see the yellow grass out front burnt.
