So we have learned that a conservative faction is now engaging in the practice of dissent, but not just any dissent...

They are teaching and practicing LOUD, NOISY, bullying disruption of community meetings and town hall meetings all across America. This tactic is designed to forestall and prevent a full and open discussion of the issues.

This behavior is taught by the political "leaders." In this way it is exactly like the behavior of other fundamentalist terrorists. The leaders (like the guys in Al Quaeda) teach these techniques using rationalization that constitutes fear mongering, inaccurate half-truths or myths and in this way they incite Joe and Janie Budwiser to attend and disrupt their local meeting with shouting, arguing, interruption of the speaker, etc...

Lets be very clear. This is not the practice of Freedom of Speech, and does not represent a form of democratic dissent. It is bullying. Pure and simple, bullying. Loud, overbearing, hostile, emotionally controlling bullying. If this was done by a spouse to a partner in a marriage the therapist would recommend separation, possibly a restraining disorder. If it was done in the neighborhoods of Baghdad it would be targetted and bombed.

But please, whatever you do.... do NOT call it protest, do NOT call it freedom of speech, do NOT call it "having a voice." Call it what it is... domestic terrorism.

...should be the announcement made by J & K + 8.

If any of these kids is to have a chance to deal withe the confusion and anxiety that happens in a rupturing relationship with kids.... To deal with the challenges of a relationship alone, much less with children..., much less with 8 children..., much less with cameras rolling....

If the tabloids are true (!) and Jon is needing time away from the cameras, then he may be the only one showing a measure of good judgement. Might be just a moment, but it is a proper need, nonetheless...

Well, Phil melted down, missing 2 putts within 5 feet. (And even after watching the line from Tige!)

Tiger just couldn't get it together (though he tried with 3 consec birdies!).

The old man has done a fabulous job, Kenny Perry, is still looking like a champion. If he pulls it off he'll be the oldest Major winner ever. ANd he;s only my age! ; )

I liked Angel this time around, too... but he also fell apart a bit, shanking one and leaving his approach shots on the upper tier a few times.

Boy has this been fun!

Wow, Lefty is blistering today! Tiger and Phil paired is the story. Phil smoked the front 9 at 9 under par, Tiger did lidn;t do as well and I have to think it's killing him!

As is his way though, Phil may be losing it, at least a little, hitting short on the 10th hole.

Gotta run... I am watching now, this is too much!

"I hit it where I wanted but I didn't make many putts today" ~ Mickelson

This is Master's play? Sorry Lefty, that won't cut it. Phil doesn't have the attitude to win, and is showing all the early signs of a serious meltdown.

Place your bets... Will he meltdown before the cut or after?

The rest of the starts have been fun. I like Larry Mize, Angel Cabrera and despite his mediocre open round, I am rooting for Sergio... He's had such demons to overcome!
