http://www.theweek.com/article/index/103222/Globalwarming_bombshell

Like I've been saying, the Earth has been through four ice ages, and in between these cold periods, there are warm periods, our last cold period peaked around 22,000 years ago, hence, the warming trend, duh. And, I've also been saying it's all a sca, so the damn government can steal more money for their wasteful ways. And about Co2, it has a direct relation with temp. As the temp. rises, so does Co2, not the other way around, double duh. While I'm at it, the ozone hole, aha ha ha, guess what, it's always been there, it moves around, sometimes splits, sometimes shrinks, da da dum.

http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/uk_news/7760684.stm

Okay, in brief, over there in England, they have these specially trained cops, that "sneak up on suspected suicide bombers, and shoot them in the head with hollow point rounds". HOLLY WTF?? 'Sneak up", "shoot in head" ,"hollow points". Now this sounds like something the US government would come up with, but, England, that's just shocking. But, since they made an "oops" and shot an innocent man on his way to work, seven times, and the media got wind of it, it's only a matter of time before the USA adopt's this kind of "law enforcement". We've already got a similar program, in where, SWAT teams just go busting in doors based on some info. from a convicted felon trying to get a lessor sentence, only to have the wrong address, and end up killing an 89 year old woman, among numerous other botched raids. But, damn, try to imagine, your just going to work one morning, and all of a sudden two guy's come running up on you and blow your head off. I mean it's bad enough that at any time your door can be blown off it's hinges, and masked men with automatic weapons come rushing in, shoot your dogs, throw your kids on the floor, and stand on their heads, while pointing guns at them, and the next thing you know your in jail for something you never did. And, then in court you have to prove your innocent, because, when the cops realized they fu*ked up they planted a little bit of pot in your place while you were out.

Don't think this can never happen here? your dreaming.

It's a sad time for America, or what's left of America. The people who set up this whole dealio, had their shit together, they saw how power corrupts governments, and wanted nothing more than a fair government, a simple government, an effective government. What probably started out on a bar napkin, turned into a very well thought out document, that completely outlined the operation of a fair, and just system, for a free people, without the tyranny they fought so hard against. They knew first hand, how governments with too much power, weren't what we needed here, and warned the heirs of the bill of rights, that evil men would try to destroy it, and, to be weary of the enemy within. As it is, our government has been a farce, a sham, a puppet. They put on a show, to appease the people, but that's all it is, a show. The last time this country had REAL leadership, a REAL president, was when John Kennedy was commander in chief. Ever since there has been a steady decline in the white house, decline into tyranny.

Getting back to Mr. Fine, and his situation. It all started a few years back, when Mr. Fine discovered that the judges in Los Angeles were getting, then it was $46,000 a year, now it's $57,000, extra from the county, and not disclosing it as required by law. They were also hearing cases involving the county, and deciding in favor of the county in 99% of the cases they heard, in everything from real estate, child custody, criminal, and others. Now, the state pays these judges salary, they are employed by the state, and the county has no obligation to pay these judges anything. So, why do they, you ask. Good question. Here's a better one, while the state was struggling with the budget, and going bankrupt, the Los Angeles county supervisors decide to give these judges another $11,000 a year. Now, this was ruled "not permitted" by a San Diego appeals court a few years back, but the payments continued, in violation of a court decision. These payments are illegal, these judges know their illegal, but take them anyway, this is "honorable"? Quite the opposite. These judges are committing grand larceny, and the supervisors are committing embezzlement. Why are these supervisors risking this? because, their salary is to match the judges, according to the state constitution, the same one that says these payments are illegal. Now, knowing another law suit was coming, these judges hired a lobbyist at tax payer expense, to get a bill passed to make these payments legal, even though they were already ruled illegal. Nice, huh? It worked. Here we've been trying to get pot legalized for how many years now, and these judges shove a bill through in a month. A bill that assures no one in LA can get a fair trial, due process is denied. An example of this is the situation Mr. Fine is in. He was representing a client, against the county, and, knowing the county was paying the judge a pretty tidy sum of illegal money, he asked the judge to recuse himself, the judge refused, Mr. Fine demanded the judge recuse himself, Mr. Fine is in jail.

Just when I think things have got to get better, because they can't get much worse, I wake up, and remember, this isn't America anymore. They keep the remains of the German concentration camps preserved as a reminder, so those kinds of atrocities never happen again. Yeah right.

When my government over spends, wastes, misappropriates, gets way over paid, then raises tax's to cover their poor money management skill's, and tries to come up with clever little trick revenue generators, like "penalty assessment fee's" @170%. So, basically if your traffic fine is $1.00 with the "penalty assessment fee", your final tab is $171.00. So you are paying $170.00 for the judge to search his memory for the appropriate fine, for your particular offense. Parking meters now take credit cards, because the cost of parking on the street's, that are already paid for by other tax's, has jumped from change being sufficient, to, dollar bills, being the norm. Remember when a nickle would get you fifteen minutes, not no more, baby, that fifteen minutes costs you a buck now. Remember when a parking ticket was five dollars, not no more, baby, now it's seventy five dollars. And, California is so f*cked up, they decided they are gonna just take money out of peoples pay checks, without asking, and they have the audacity to call it a "loan". Now, I always thought a "loan" was an agreement between parties, with interest being paid for the use of the loan money. Silly me. Boy was I off. Now if you need a loan, you just take it, and don't have to pay any interest. Here's the problem I have with California's embezzlement scheme, one, if they would quit paying judges $57,000 a year extra, that would make up for the money they're stealing from my check. And everybody else's.

In a move, of immense stupidity, the California governor came up with the best stupid idea, I've ever heard. Okay, here's the plan................. He'll mortgage the state capitol bldg., and then rent it, until the contract runs out and it returns to being state property. Boy I wish I was rich, I'd mortgage it for em', all right, but I wouldn't rent it to them. But if I did, it would be for at least twice what I paid, and I would have so many rules, it will cause pain. See there they should have sold when the market was still up. I wish I could have done that when my house got foreclosed on, mortgage it back to the bank, then rent it from the bank. Hey, I think I might be on to something, home pawning, with rent, or, rent to own your home, never mind.
