Star Trek Enterprise D (Next Generation)

As many of you are aware (unless you joined during my absence), I spent several months recently in the hospital recovering from a nasty illness.

Sadly, the medical crew acted with blatant negligence (which of course they are fighting that accusation. So, in the long run, I am symptomatically worse in my condition, and have lost what little faith in the traditional medical community, so I will be transfering to a less aggressive form of palliative care which will focus on *MY* comfort levels, not the doctor's statistical normative numbers on a chart.

NOTE: THIS DOES NOT MEAN I AM EMMINENTLY DYING. This simply means that an evaluation of my health raises the possibility of "premature death", and Hospices intention is to make that death comfortable when it does arrive.

For the time being though, I will cease and desist any further blogging, but many of you have my personal email if you wish to contact me directly. (Okay, Okay stop begging! it's PlaceboFanatic@aol LOL)

Please take care of all you folks, and each other for me

I will be thinking of you and sending my love to most of you (LOL)

and PSM OUT

Yet again, I find myself in need of a change around here.

Therefore, I have, yet again, reconfigured my bio and banner header.

Just sayin' so no one walks in and wonders about the new wallpaper

Proud Military Family-Image by Google Images

Most people who think of Memorial Day probably think about the millions of veterans who have fought for our country. But, Memorial Day is about more than *just* the veterans.

Memorial Day is, or should be about the ENTIRE Military Family, including parents, siblings, wives, children, neices, nephews, uncles, aunts, etc, all who are doing their part to support the soldier. No man is an island, no soldier fights alone. When he goes into battle, he takes with him the lessons, the morals, the ethics he learned, not only from his military training, but from his home life.

And these experiences, and the people who helped to shape these experiences should be honored too, as support staff to the soldiers carrying the artillery.

I believe the best thing we can do to support our military, and memorialize all those who have fought for this country, both on foreign and domestic soil, is to support the families of veterans just as much as we support our veterans.

Let's remember that today.

**Dedicated to my "Granddad" Bill, a WWII B-2 bomber pilot, who did far more good for his family, and for me off the battle field than he ever did on the battle field. Bill was diagnosed with ALS, and his wife Ronnie took care of him in their home, until she was diagnosed with cancer, undetected and untreated, as she focused all her attention on taking care of him.

She passed from cancer several years before he did. Neither one ever mentioning anything about the VA or the government. They didn't need them, they had each other.

Hungry? Horny? Hungry? Horny? I cant decide! (Image by Google)

Inspired by LadyMiko again, I'm taking the plunge and making her munchies after sex another open call.

So, here's my list of after-fuckin' feedin' :-D

*Popcorn with salt and butter

*Dry roasted peanuts

*Cocktail peanuts

*Extra crispy/on the verge of burnt bacon

Chips (preferably Pringles), Doritos, Fritos...but NOT pretzels. I don't know why.

*Rare beef, a steak, burger or roast beef

*Mashed potatoes with salt and butter

*Sweet and Sour pork or Lemon Chicken (Chinese food)

Okay, let's just summarize...SALT, SALT, SALT...Hey, a guy sweats, he's got to replenish his vital minerals :-)

Hutaree Christian Militia

Donny and Marie Osmond- Mormons

Fred Phelps-"Westboro Baptist Church"

Excuse my french here today on this, oh, so solemn occasion of Memorial Day, but there are things I need to get off my chest.

What do Fred Phelps, The Osmonds and The Hutaree Militia all have in common?

They are all white, Christian terrorists.

Yep, I said it.

America's sweethearts, Donny and Marie Osmond, as active members of The Mormon Church, are just as much terrorists as Fred Phelps and Hutaree.

And, quite frankly, Fred Phelps and Hutaree are the Christian version of Al Qaeda as far as I'm concerned.

WHY THE GOD DAMN FUCKING HELL ON EARTH ARE CHRISTIANS NEVER CONSIDERED TERRORISTS??

Maybe, just maybe, when more and more people become victims of Christian terrorist ideology, as I have been (by having family who urged my parents to seek "prayer therapy" instead of medical intervention), then thse asshats will be seen for what they are.

FUNDAMENTALIST TERRORISTS
