I think this crap has to end. Free speech is one thing but openly calling for Obama's death is a whole other ball game. During the Bush years this kind of thing would not have been tolerated. Fox news, Glen Beck and who ever is pushing this stuff needs to be locked up.

I think anyone buying this stuff should be considered dangerous and if they are spotted with a shirt or bumper sticker they should have the dogshit fined out of them. They call themselves Americans but I call them scum. -Ric

Former evangelist: Religious right is ‘trawling for assassins’

MSNBC's Rachel Maddow is concerned that President Obama's trip abroad has served to bring out "the unhinged among the president's critics."

Not only have the Wall Street Journal and the hosts of Fox News been issuing their usual dark mutterings, but a new slogan has began appearing on bumper stickers, tshirts, and even teddy bears: "Pray for Obama: Psalm 109:8."

That psalm reads, “Let his days be few; and let another take his office. Let his children be fatherless, and his wife a widow."

Maddow seemed mainly amused by the teddy bears, but when she turned for comment to former right-wing evangelical leader Frank Schaeffer, he emphasized that in a religious context "it means something more threatening."

"The situation that I find genuinely frightening right now," Schaeffer explained, "is that you have a ramping up of biblical language ... and what it's coalescing into is branding Obama ... as 'not us.' ... Now he joins the ranks of the unjust kings of ancient Israel ... who should be slaughtered, if not by God then by just men."

I thought I might attempt to explain the method of my current madness.. my new banner. I realize I am a little late for Halloween but that really had nothing to do with this banner. I have always leaned towards the crazy, even as a young child. There is just something about crazy, crazy killer type people that I find fascinating. I used to, (and still do) read about killers and the methods of their madness.

One of the first I ever read about was, Ed Gein of Plainfield, Wisconsin. His crimes are what Alfred Hitchcok based his Psycho character on, the Buffalo Bill character in Silence of the Lambs and Leather Face from the Texas Chainsaw Massacres.

Old Ed killed off his brother, doted on his mother so much that when she died he snuck over the the graveyard, and tried to dig her up.. He robbed some 40 graves and admitted to killing two women, one of whom was the one that got him caught, (the other's head was found in a cooking pot in his house.) The local hardware store owner, Bernice Worden was found in Ed's house dressed out like a dear, headless, gutted and hanging from the ceiling draining into a sink. She was found in November of 1957.

When the cops started searching the house they found old Ed was more strange than even they could imagine:
* Four noses
* Bone fragments
* Nine death masks
* A bowl made from a skull
* Ten female heads with the tops sawed off
* Human skin covering several chair seats
* Pieces of salted genitalia in a box
* Skulls on his bedposts
* Organs in the refrigerator

The death masks turned out to be human facial skin peeled from the skulls of dead women he had dug up in the local grave yard. He even had a complete female body skin that he wore while dressed up like his mother wearing the various face skins as masks. He was thrown in the State Hospital until 1968 when they decided he was sane enough for trial. The trial took a week and he was found guilty of the Worden murder but they figured he was still, ratshit crazy so they kept him locked up in the loony bin until his death in 1984. See **HERE** for more of Ed Gein.

Yesterday I was thinking that I needed a new banner but I wanted one that was different than most I had made before. I was watching the movie, "Con Air" and in it one of the characters, a serial killer named, Garland 'The Marietta Mangler said, "One girl, I drove through three states wearing her head as a hat." This got me thinking about a graphic I had done of myself about 3 years ago. One was me sitting, looking into the camera with a wild/surprised look in my eye and the other was the same picture only this one had a real human skull that I had stretched and tattooed and placed over my face.

I went back and re-read some pieces about Ed Gein and as I was looking at his picture the thought suddenly struck me about the guy.

He was a normal appearing guy except his eyes had a strangeness to them. Did those eyes look the same when he was wearing a mask of human skin or did they reveal the monster hiding within?

"One girl, I drove through three states wearing her head as a hat." Yes indeed... Ric in plain sight, the monster within. That was the idea anyhow.

Isn't this just a fine, howdy-do? Some more of Obama's change in action. Remember that tax credit/stimulus that was given to everybody at the begining of this year? Well now, some of you are going to give some back.

It increased your paychecks and by golly the IRS wants their cut. Funny that Obama didn't mention this fact, eh'? Another shot to the shorts and change you can believe in.. Yes you can! -Ric

WASHINGTON – More than 15 million taxpayers may owe the government $250 or more because of how the IRS last spring set up President Barack Obama's tax break that was designed to help consumers spend the U.S. economy out of recession.

Individuals with more than one job and married couples in which both spouses work may have to repay the government $400, either through a smaller tax refund or a larger tax bill, according to a report released Monday by the Treasury Department's inspector general for tax administration. Social Security recipients who also earn taxable wages may have to repay $250.

The tax credit, which is supposed to pay individuals up to $400 and couples up to $800, was Obama's signature tax break in the massive stimulus package enacted in February. The credit has increased weekly paychecks for 95 percent of working families, giving them cash to help boost consumer spending during the worst economic recession in decades.
