Limbic Brains and Re-Thinking Mengele

The question of what shall be done with the limbic-brained inhabitants of fly-over country will require a re-examination of historically controversial uses of inferior peoples. Conventional liberal thinking about involuntary medical experimentation may be due for an overhaul.

The Nazi doctor, Josef Mengele has long been maligned by the neo-con Zionist media as the “Angel of Death,” for the experiments he conducted on Jews at Auschwitz. It is probable that Mengele did cross some lines during his tenure, though this may have been overstated.

The Auschwitz SS Physician's Office evaluation of Mengele in August of 1944 had this to say. “Dr. Mengele has an open, honest, solid character. He is absolutely reliable, upright and straightforward. He does not manifest any weakness of character, bad tendencies or cravings. His emotional and physical make-up is outstanding. During his period of service at the Auschwitz concentration camp, he applied his practical and theoretical knowledge to combating severe epidemics. With prudence and persistent energy, and often under the most difficult conditions, he completed every assigned task to the complete satisfaction of his superiors. He showed himself capable of handling any situation. In addition, he used what little free time he had to ardently further his education as an anthropologist. His tactful and modest deportment is that of a good soldier. Because of his demeanor, he is especially well liked by his comrades. He treats subordinates with absolute fairness and requisite severity, but is nevertheless exceptionally admired and liked. In his behavior, work record and attitude, Dr. Mengele shows an absolutely solid and mature outlook on life. He is a Catholic. His speaking manner is spontaneous, uninhibited, convincing and lively.”

In recent years, research has shown that Mengele was not alone but “was in fact supported by a network of elite researchers.” Dr. Susanne Heim explained the research in an interview with the Guardian.

“The distinction between politics and science was hazy and doctors had the freedom to do as they liked, so long as they could prove that their goal was to breed a super-race of strong soldiers for the advancement of warfare."

“She added: ‘We cannot deny that the work carried out at that time has helped the advancement of medicine.’ "Until recently, the brains of people killed by euthanasia during the war were used for scientific research."

“Dr Heim's research also revealed a possible connection between the Nazis and the deceased Adolf Butenandt, whose work on sexual hormones and protein belonged to the greatest scientific breakthroughs in the 20th century.”

Butenandt was awarded the Nobel Prize for Chemistry in 1939 for his pioneering work in isolating and synthesizing hormones, leading to the development of steroids and birth control. He was the director of the Kaiser Wilhelm Institute of Biochemistry in Berlin from 1936 to 1945.

Is it possible that a captive population of experimentees aided in these advances? The doctor’s New York Times obituary claimed that he first isolated the male hormone androsterone, “by obtaining 15 milligrams of crystalline substance from 3,960 gallons of male urine.” That’s a copious quantity of urine.

Though the ethical issues of Nazi-era human experimentation are muddled by the selection criteria: ethnic or confessional, not limbic-based, there is mounting evidence that net good was done. The fundamental ethical issue surrounding the question of the limbic populations should not be who - the selection criteria is morally unquestionable, but how far we go and to what end should we proceed.

There will be some disingenuous comparisons to smaller scale experiments done in the American past. These will have to be dealt with. Predictably, the Tuskegee experiments on African-American men will arise. Lest we fall into a racist trap, we must re-examine those as well. All races being equal, blacks have equal capacity for limbicity. It should therefore be determined by historical research whether the experimentees were selected purely on the basis of race, or if other factors were involved.

As we apply new and progressive methods for imagining the past, we may eventually discover that the “Jews” were not a cohesive ethnicity at all, but a scattered group of provincials united by their limbic singularity, as evidenced by the group occupying the territory soon to be liberated by the cerebral Ahmadinejad.

The Institute For Limbic Studies has suggested a pilot program of mass sterilization, augmented by the reproductive preservation of a small number of breeders for study on limbic pediatrics and reproductive functions. The program could be started in one or two Southern states and later expanded if successful.

This is a new field of scientific endeavor, with exhilarating prospects, but a nod towards some old ideas may well facilitate our objectives. If Dr. Mengele were still alive, it would be his time to come out from hiding.

A Homophobic Mother's Day At Madison Square

Homophobic lyrics will rock the Square at this year’s Mother’s Day Caribbean Extravaganza. The show will be headlined by Buju Banton, and includes, among others, guests TOK. TOK are famous for their song “Chi Chi Man,” with the lyrics:

That’s right, it’s an incitement to murder gays. It’s nothing new in the world of dancehall reggae. Bounty Killer has sung the lyrics, “You know we need no promo to rub out dem homo,” and “Mi ready fi go wipe out this fag.” No subtlety there.

In 2007, a number of reggae artists signed the Reggae Compassionate Act, but Bounty Killer, TOK, and Buju Banton were not among the signers. Banton started out as a socially conscious DJ, but his song Boom Bye Bye did more than flirt with homophobia.

A 2006 “Time” magazine piece asked if Jamaica is, “The Most Homophobic Place on Earth?” Here’s some excerpts.

“Though familiar to Americans primarily as a laid-back beach destination, Jamaica is hardly idyllic. The country has the world's highest murder rate. And its rampant violence against gays and lesbians has prompted human-rights groups to confer another ugly distinction: the most homophobic place on earth.

“In the past two years, two of the island's most prominent gay activists, Brian Williamson and Steve Harvey, have been murdered — and a crowd even celebrated over Williamson's mutilated body. Perhaps most disturbing, many anti-gay assaults have been acts of mob violence. In 2004, a teen was almost killed when his father learned his son was gay and invited a group to lynch the boy at his school. Months later, witnesses say, police egged on another mob that stabbed and stoned a gay man to death in Montego Bay. And this year a Kingston man, Nokia Cowan, drowned after a crowd shouting "batty boy" (a Jamaican epithet for homosexual) chased him off a pier. "Jamaica is the worst any of us has ever seen," says Rebecca Schleifer of the U.S.-based Human Rights Watch and author of a scathing report on the island's anti-gay hostility.

“Gay-rights activists attribute the scourge of homophobia in Jamaica largely to the country's increasingly thuggish reggae music scene. Few epitomize the melding of reggae and gangsta cultures more than Banton, who is one of the nation's most popular dance-hall singers. Born Mark Myrie, he grew up the youngest of 15 children in Kingston's Salt Lane — the sort of slum dominated by ultraconservative Christian churches and intensely anti-gay Rastafarians. Banton parlayed homophobia into a ticket out of Salt Lane. One of his first hits, 1992's Boom Bye-Bye, boasts of shooting gays with Uzis and burning their skin with acid ‘like an old tire wheel.’”

In the UK, efforts have been made to stop artists like Bounty Killer from entering the country. There have been protests, and several shows have been cancelled. NYC is home away from home for many reggae artists. The outrage is nowhere to be found. Could it be that it is not politically expedient to criticize New Yorkers of West Indian descent? The forces of tolerance are probably too occupied condemning the tea parties with their subtexts of hatred. Subtexts, not the text.

Is Shmadoff Racist?

I was recently accused of racism on the Beckola blog. It was only a matter of time, of course. Play with Leftist snakes and you get bit. What got it rolling was this comment about Bill Beck’s loyalists: “His flock is often hilarious. This is dynamite, but I don't care here goes: lots of white racial fetishism. He wrote a gun piece in which he said that if somebody tried to use a gun against him, he WOULD kill them with their gun. The commenters drooled over his bravado, ‘I'm sure you would Bill.’ Funny stuff. Hey libs, ‘miscegenation’ is legal! If you're curious, get it over with.”

I stand by that statement. If OSers want to label me a right-winger and then do the, “he said the m-word,” be my guest. I’ll give you some more ammo. I made a somewhat related comment on another poster’s blog last week. The blogger was concerned that cons feel threatened by the election of the first black president. I said: “White liberals showed some very strange speciesist weirdness of their own in the lead-up and aftermath. Like the sexualization. It makes sense that you don't hear the lust for Obama as much from black women, they should know that he's no Idris Alba. The strange fetishist droolings from the libs (not just women) make me wonder why they don't just get it over with and have sex with a black guy. Men of all races are not very good at turning it down. White liberals have built Obama into an idol of their own saintliness. That is where the cult of personality that cons recoil from, and that Obama did not himself create, intersects with race.”

You see, I have a problem with white Leftists. I think that they are the proliferators of the most common, and destructive types of racism alive in America: the double standards and diminished expectations, the eclecticism for me and group identity for you, the cynical exploitation of groups of human beings as a cudgel with which to pound at political enemies.I wasn’t born this way. I formed these ideas through life experience and probably not the down on the farm one you were hoping for.

For the majority of my life, I have lived in a neighborhood where I was the ethnic minority, and I still do. I was raised by nice Evangelicals, conservative, but not very political, who often had full on confrontations with white bigots in our mixed neighborhood when I was growing up.

It was that spirit that I inherited from my parents that drew me towards the Left, and later made me back away. At its best, the Left strives for social justice. At its worst, it makes specious claims of ownership of various peoples struggles to endorse its agenda, and stroke its sense of moral superiority. Black Americans caught on to this very early on. If you have read the works of Ralph Ellison and Richard Wright, then you know what I’m talking about.

One of the first clues I picked up that I was in bad company occurred when I spent a year in Americorps while in college. We had a ‘diversity’ seminar. Here I was this young white kid who had been around black kids since me and my next-door neighbor rode our Big Wheels together, and these smug white radicals are separating us into racial groups, designating mine as the “oppressor” group. I had never been asked to engage in voluntary segregation, and I fought back. I left with a bad taste in my mouth but it would take me a few years to be sure that I had joined the wrong team.

There is some history to be found of honorable Left activism against racism, though much of it was conducted by radicals with larger agendas.

Only a relative handful of, mostly Jewish, whites were active in the CRM. Martin Luther King did not after all have Tim Leary in his entourage, handing out acid. He didn’t have a line on draft deferments

He didn’t need them anyway. King knew that Americans had a morality fixation. They wanted to be good people, at least to think they were. The real-time horror show that Bull Connor and his ilk provided on cue forced white America to look inward, to decide that they didn’t want to be THAT.

Over the years, the Left has twisted the script. Instead of looking inward, they project Bull Connor onto anyone they disagree with. During that time the ghettoes of America went through a major crisis. I can still remember when 7-year old Dantrell Davis was shot as he walked to school in my native Chicago. I remember the short, depraved, life and death of ‘Yummy’ Sandifer, a killer himself before he was executed at age 11.

The Left’s strategy was to blame Reagonomics, profiling, anything to avoid the harsh truth that sections of ghettoized America desperately needed the same kind of introspection that has gone so far towards the removal of the racist cancer from the white psyche. It became apparent to me that the end game for the Left was not justice, it was vindication of self, no matter the human cost.

The truth is that much of the nihilism in the hood can be traced back to the groups that turned from King’s vision, and hi-jacked the legacy of Malcolm X, reducing him to a caricature of macho posturing. Those were the groups that the New Left got behind when they belatedly joined the struggle. They hoped that enough Fred Hamptons could spill their blood for the Revolution, so they could sit in cafes and draft the health care plan for the new world order.

Today, the average person is more likely to remember some stray line made by Fuzzy Zoeller or Don Imus than what happened to Dantrell Davis or Robert Sandifer. But what have soundbite politics achieved, other than the perpetuation of the grievance industry and the Left’s sanctimony?

I’ve gradually come to the point where I don’t need the communal sanction. My goal is justice for all people everywhere, and I don’t care if that gains me friends or enemies. I will speak my piece. I must even admit that if a white Leftist occasionally calls me a racist, I know I’m probably doing the right thing.

I read blogs and comments on this site and others and the hatred for Middle America is palpable. It reaches out of the screen and grabs me by the throat and there’s nothing even middle about me.

The hatred has been there, but I’m concerned that it is reaching a fever pitch, and elements within this government are intent on dividing people. Homeland Security issues a completely unsupported document, open to wide interpretation, warning against phantom right-wing extremists. ACORN, a left activist group, with high minority representation, is placed front-and-center in a highly improper attempt to politicize the census. The Left is feeding the pitbulls gunpowder while unlatching the cage doors. They don’t care who gets hurt. Manson called it “Helter Skelter.” Bill Ayers loved it. Remember him? Wifey Bernardine squealed, "Dig it! First they killed those pigs and then they put a fork in pig Tate's belly. Wild!" The script being played out now is the same shit, low-intensity config.

I’m sure the banking mafia that has been robbing the country blind over two administrations loves seeing the Left play poke-the-bear and getting juiced up on idiotic culture wars.

So you OS white lefties can keep the virtue you display on your sleeves. You are not the descendants of Chaney, Goodman, and Schwerner. They took risks. They didn’t reward themselves with an inheritance of other people’s achievements.

My comment was a light digression about racialist fetishism which is another way to deny people their individuality. If you want to try to make it some Birth of a Nation crap, go ahead.

The only thing I regret is taking part in the Bill Beck pile on. The guy is a bit of an asshole, but even he probably didn’t deserve all that.

Now bring on the outrage. I know you want to.

Census Shows Wyoming Now Most Populous State

The 2010 census has turned the table on historic views of demography. The Wyoming Census Bureau, which contracted census-taking to the John Birch Society, has discovered that the state population is actually 38,000,073, up from the previous count of 532,668. A spokesman for the JBS claims that the huge discrepancy was due to vast under-counting of the state's Norwegian-American population,

Senate Democrats have questioned the numbers, implying that the census could have been politically motivated. Wyoming's governor has fired back with a report from the John Birch Committee on Census Oversight that he claims proves that nothing improper took place.

Conservative talk-show host, Rush Limbaugh, used his radio show to blast the DNC as racist for "trying to disenfranchise the Norwegians in Wyoming," as well as casting aspersions on the 10,000,000 strong Lost Tribe of Caucasius, discovered by the Christian Coalition in Idaho's Sawtooth Mountains.

When Israel Is Destroyed

What is left of the Palestinians will crowd into tent cities in Syria, Lebanon, Jordan, and Egypt. Impoverished and restive, the refugees will clash with the governments of the host nations bringing periodic retribution, ignored by the outside world.

The Brooklyn Haredim, in a collective state of shock, will mourn in the way of their ancestors, in sackcloth and ash. Leftist Jew-haters in librarian glasses will organize bus tours from Williamsburg and Park Slope to Crown Heights, to jeer and laugh at the mourners.

College campuses will kick off the first “Liberation Day,” with a week of celebration. Jewish students who are not visibly jubilant will be physically attacked.

The slogan “Never Again” will be replaced with “Again, Please!”

Moral relativism will triumph.

Apocalyptic Christians will split into different camps on what it portends for the Second Coming.

An American-made comedy adaptation of “Black Rain,” the Japanese film about the aftermath of Hiroshima, will be a box office smash.

A new, more pornographic version of "The Reader," will pack the art-house theaters.

Holocaust revision will be revisited by the Left. A new narrative of WWII will be drafted: Hitler was still fascist (not “evil”), but the Jews were provocateurs, and the six million figure was exaggerated.

A temporary spike in sexual demand for Arab men on campuses will benefit the short supply of willing suppliers.

Levi, Wiesel, Frank, Borowski, will go out of print and forgotten.
