A Birthday Wish From Our 8 Year Old

I recently found a note from our 8 year old daughter,Mauri,that she wrote to her mom for her birthday.Here it is typed exaclty as it was written:

Dear mom,

I hope all of your wishes come true and this house gets clean somehow and every thing gets put back in it's place and you wish you wher not old and first your a kindergardener then your in third grade then your in high school then your in college then you like a boy then you love a boy then you get married and then you have kids then your a grandmother and then you die.

I hope you have a happy birthday!

Mauri is now 21 and is a senior at Texas A&M. She has a 4.0 GPA ,and will graduate in December. Then it's off to law school. Mauri wants to be the first woman president of our country.Seriously. (I have mixed emotions, as she is ultra-conservative)
