During this particular astrological shifting phase from the, approximately, 2000 years Piscean House to the, approximately, 2000 years Aquarian House in the astronomical Great Years cycle, of 20 to 30,000 Earth years of relative time, through the various positions in our observable universe, of our Milky Way and other galaxies in this expanding Universe, this is the perfect Cosmic opportunity for sentient Beings, including this Earth's human population, along with the higher dimensions Beings that are tuned in and active here - although invisible to most of us most of the time - to witness, experience and influence the outcome of the validity of the Cosmic laws and principles of harmony, balance and synchronicity that govern ALL that exist in Creation, as we individually, groups and species wise, play and work at and with this, that and the other. The sad and pathetic truth of the matter is that the vast majority of the individuals of this planet's human population are our own worst enemies, as volunteer psychological/mental, spiritual, and sometimes, physical slaves – for a number of various reasons that are prolifically well documented.

Although, there are those numerous in the New Age - Alternative ways movement/industry, which is highly competitive and generates multi-billions of illusionary DOLLARS, it seems to me to be most unfortunate that the New Age - Alternative ways movement/industry is predominately corrupt and saturated with individuals who have little to no experience with what they espouse, as well as many are hypocrites who are fear based, mean spirited and hateful subversives of truth, compassion and genuine unselfish love, even though often smiling, charming, charismatic and persuasive, with false - known and unknown - assertions, interpretations and claims that are not ultimately beneficial, or affirmable and confirmable, here and now. who speak and write words of truth, have impressive certificates of credentials, resumes, publishing's, required monetary donations for courses to adapt and attune to conscious awareness preparedness, qualification, and acclimation courses, fantasy trips, seminars, organizations, loyal followers, and such.

I have found that most of the aforementioned are ego centric mind set/temporary human influence, popularity and fame priority thinking, behavior, decisions and choices orientation, with a personal material comfort and financial fortune priority, rather psychologically and emotionally insecure, confused, and spiritually pitiful, to flat out crooks and criminal charlatans and phony's, in terms of their individual priorities, choices and activities - when it comes to living and dying with the maximum attainable personal integrity, and/or lack of willingness to sacrifice some financial gain and/or popularity with contributing supporters, and/or endure being alone, material poverty, physical discomfort, suffering and human death, as the true healers, shaman, prophets, avatars, saints and consciousness frontiers people throughout human history have done, and do for the benefit of all life. Some are well meaning but simply intoxicated with programmed delusions of 'brainwashed' self-righteousness. Many to most are fundamentally and essentially no different from any other scam and con artist.

Which brings us to the practical reality perspective of limiting our energy time and efforts to helping one or a few individuals, which is the best that we might do, and well worth it, if we can help one who is willing to accept, appreciate, respect and use our assistance and help to help one’s self - for those of us who choose liberating human death rather than compromising on the truth as we know it for human comforts.

The "bottom line" is individual responsibility for personal psychological and spiritual liberation through learning and experience for KNOWLEDGE beyond BELIEFS, starting with becoming clear in thinking and conscious awareness through study and research about the abundantly documented intentional confusion and deceptions purposefully and intentionally perpetuated from the most dominate and influential religious, educational institutions and organizations, and secret societies historical deceptions with every conceivable method and technique of fear engendering spiritual and mental hocus pocus, razzle dazzle, false teachings, practices, beliefs, murder, torture, and such, and recognizing and accepting that the true identity of each of us, beyond fear, illusion and delusion, is that we are immortal Soul and Spirit entities, presently, temporarily and briefly incarnated in human biological forms, in this relative time orientation existence, with various individual amounts of sentient awareness, and a certain amount of ‘free will’ to think, ask questions, find answers, and change thinking, choices, behavior, activities and actions for more beneficial life experiences, and maximum attainable evolutionary progress – beyond this brief human incarnation.

So, now we are witnessing and experiencing in most dynamic and spectacular to subtle ways and activities, as the omnipresent, omnipotent and omniscient Cosmic Divine thought vibrations of our magnificent and expanding Universe heals/resolves the 'out of whack' imbalances, ills and dis-eases of this planet and it's inhabitants, in every way - on all levels - everywhere.

Although the Cosmic Awareness Frontiers people among our human species, who KNOW and care about what time it is now and are trying to assist as many as possible in the most beneficial ways, are a small percentage of the total population, we are increasing in power, and maybe numbers. It is crucially important not to waste time with the others, by trying to teach and convince them about that which they most need, but reject and/or ignore.

Yep, it’s just a matter of whether things change for the better, or continue to change for the worst, with most individual humans ignoring and stubbornly defying available beneficially practical logic, reasoning, science, mathematics, spiritual essence, and so on - for whatever known and unknown illogical reasons and excuses that inevitably lead to a bitter end of doom and gloom.

As was stated by someone: "Keep heading in the direction that YOU are headed, and YOU will get to where YOU are heading." That is true for all of us individuals, nations, or whatever.

During all times, 'good' and 'bad,' throughout human history, great nations, and individuals rise and fall, as well as all people are born and die. The most important part of which is: How peaceful, or tormented, one is at the time of death, and where to from here…

In this Age Of Information, the examples keep rapidly manifesting to the eyes and ears of all, and there can be none who are coherently honest and sincere that can ignore or deny.

"With the recession squeezing wages and holding back stock prices, millions of Americans are being forced to rethink their plans for retirement, according to a new survey.

Watson Wyatt Worldwide Inc., a retirement consulting firm, has released a survey showing that in the past year, 44 percent of workers age 50 or older have had to delay their planned retirement date. Three-quarters of those now planning to postpone retirement cite the loss of savings in their 401(k) accounts as the single biggest reason, the survey showed. The respondents also said they need to work longer because of rising health-care costs and fears about price inflation.

If Americans do keep working longer, it would reverse a decades-long trend towards earlier retirement. The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics says the average age for men at retirement in the early 1950s was just under 67. That age fell continually until it hit 62 in the late 1990s.

The survey of 2,200 full-time workers suggests the recession, stock market crash and drop in home values could dramatically reverse the earl retirement trend. Half of workers over age 50 now say they plan to retire at age 66 or later.

"The economic crisis has affected many workers' retirement plans and nest eggs, but those nearest to retirement have been especially hard hit," David Speier, senior retirement consultant at Watson Wyatt, said in a written analysis of the data. "Older workers do not have the time to offset declining retirement account values, either by recouping their investment losses or significantly increasing their savings rate. For many, the only choice is to delay retirement."

A Federal Reserve survey in 2007 found that the median household in the pre-retirement age group — ages 55 to 64 — had total financial assets of more than $72,000. Based on the stock market's performance over the last two years, those savings would have been whittled down to $55,000.

Pentagon Preps Soldier Telepathy Push

"Forget the battlefield radios, the combat PDAs or even infantry hand signals. When the soldiers of the future want to communicate, they'll read each other's minds.

At least, that's the hope of researchers at the Pentagon's mad-science division Darpa. The agency's budget for the next fiscal year includes $4 million to start up a program called Silent Talk. The goal is to "allow user-to-user communication on the battlefield without the use of vocalized speech through analysis of neural signals." That's on top of the $4 million the Army handed out last year to the University of California to investigate the potential for computer-mediated telepathy.

Before being vocalized, speech exists as word-specific neural signals in the mind. Darpa wants to develop technology that would detect these signals of "pre-speech," analyze them, and then transmit the statement to an intended interlocutor. Darpa plans to use EEG to read the brain waves. It's a technique they're also testing in a project to devise mind-reading binoculars that alert soldiers to threats faster the conscious mind can process them.

The project has three major goals, according to Darpa. First, try to map a person's EEG patterns to his or her individual words. Then, see if those patterns are generalizable - if everyone has similar patterns. Last, "construct a fieldable pre-prototype that would decode the signal and transmit over a limited range."

The military has been funding a handful of mind-tapping technology recently, and already have monkeys capable of telepathic limb control. Telepathy may also have advantages beyond covert battlefield chatter. Last year, the National Research Council and the Defense Intelligence Agency released a report suggesting that neuroscience might also be useful to "make the enemy obey our commands." The first step, though, may be getting a grunt to obey his officer's remotely-transmitted thoughts."

In "a dramatic demonstration of mind reading, neuroscientists have created videos of what a cat sees by using electrodes implanted in the animal's brain. 'Trying to understand how the brain codes information leads to the possibility of replacing parts of the nervous system with an artificial device,' he said." The scientist commenting on this technology saw the future possibility of brain activity mapping being used in creating electronic components to replace damaged parts of the system. The use of mind mapping had other possibilities as well. Similar research was pursued by Dr. José Delgado at one of the country's leading research institutions in controlling the behavior of humans and animals. Actual testing of certain systems proved "that movements, sensations, emotions, desires, ideas, and a variety of psychological phenomena may be induced, inhibited, or modified by electrical stimulation of specific areas of the brain." By 1985, Dr. Delgado was able to create these effects using only a radio signal sent to the brain remotely, using energy concentrations of less than 1/50th of what the Earth naturally produces. This discovery implied that frequency, waveform and pulse rate (modulation) were the important factors rather than the amount of energy being used. In considering this it makes sense because the human body does not require high electromagnetic power concentration to regulate its normal functioning - the key was in finding the "tuning" mechanisms for locating the right "receiving station" in the brain.

By 1998, publicly released information was being discussed as a result of information openly flowing out of Russia. A meeting was held to assess the threat: the "main purpose of the March meetings was described in the Psychotechnologies memo as to 'determine whether psycho-correction technologies represent a present or future threat to U.S. national security in situations where inaudible commands might be used to alter behavior.'" The threat assessment was likely to begin to condition Americans for the pubic acknowledgement of one of the government's long held secrets - the human mind and body could be controlled remotely without a trace of evidence being left behind. In another quote, one of the leading researchers in this area began to announce his findings: "But psychological-warfare experts on all sides still dream that they will one day control the enemy's mind. And in a tiny, dungeon like lab in the basement of Moscow's ominously named Institute of Psycho-Correction, Smirnov and other Russian psychiatrists are already working on schizophrenics, drug addicts and cancer patients." The results of this research have been investigated and demonstrated to members of the intelligence community in the United States and have even been demonstrated on a Canadian television documentary by Dr. Smirnov.

"Fantasies are thought processes involving internal monologues and imaginative sequences which can motivate healthy people to constructive behavior; likewise, they can inspire unbalanced individuals to destructive or dangerous behavior. One conclusion from that research was that fantasy played a major role among violent criminals. Researchers learned that criminals often daydreamed their fantasies, and then practiced elements of those fantasies before committing their crime. FBI agents determined that violent criminals often exhibit telltale signs as children and as adults. Hence, disturbed employees or students may demonstrate signs of violent fantasies to close observers. Troubled individuals may be obsessively interested in music with violent lyrics, or may have a drug or alcohol problem. When these signs reveal themselves, they should be reported to a threat management team, which can then neutralize the threat, either by therapy, if rehabilitation is possible, or by firing the employee. Workplace and school violence is usually preceded by warning signs." This issue is also an interesting one as the next chapter will show. The ability to determine a "predisposition" for a behavior does not mean that a person will make the "choice" to act on the feelings and internal thoughts. Every person on the planet can remember times when his thoughts were dangerous, immoral or otherwise un-acceptable, falling below the standards set by societal and cultural "norms." Yet, we could have these thoughts in the privacy of our own mind. The trend in the application of mind control technology now would make our most private internal thoughts, as we wrestle with the temptations and choices of everyday life, subject to scrutiny by government and employers.
