&lt;p&gt;SEARS committed the RICO ACT stature racketeering activity of bribery, extortion, dealing in obscene matter also section 1512 relating to tampering with a witness bribery and victim retaliation. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;These are true events that will shock the Country. Since 2005-2009 Sears Holdings has been trying to cover up their own Managers dirty little secrets of RICO Act laws broken(Extortion, Coerced forcing lying of company practices, obscene behavior, Assault , strong arming, Bribery of two witnesses {Car and Promotion} to not talk about what they had witness in the Sears offices. Racial Discrimination Proof provided by their own outside independent analyst and numerous emails of a racist nature to minority employees. Sexual Harassment, and Retaliation on both female and male employees. I have irrefutable evidence of all offenses, via Emails and Photo's. There is also a DVD of 15 women that this Manager had taped of with him having sex with. 4 of the Women were Sears employees. 1 is still currently employed at Sears in Longwood, FL. At the time Sears Manager would come in the office to boast and show the photo's or video's of him having sex with the female employees to all the male employees while the female sat only 10 feet away, totally unaware of what this vile manager was showing to the male employees. I also have Photo's of Females employees having sex with the Sears Manager that hired them just for sex, then firing them when he hired another woman who took their place.. A Sears investigator has stated in a email correspondence to Sears VP's and HR Directors, that he found it troubling that he felt that this Manager was only hiring female employees, so he could sleep with them. I attained the photo's from one of the female employee's women on the video's who had found the DVD on her computer left by the Sears Manager by mistake.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Also this Manager was caught fondling another female employees buttocks in front of male employees. He also was caught with another Sears female employee sitting on his lap. All these females employees worked directly under his management have his 4 write ups for these events. I have emails and Sears internal investigation proof that he also spoke to a female employee and stated to her, while looking at he breast and said, THOSE ARE NICE.. When I complained about all this I was physically assaulted and thrown out of the office. A Region Director had to grab the Manager that was assaulting me and told him "not to ever to do that again!" I tried to transfer away from these Managers 6 times and was denied with out reasons, while all non-minorities whom ask to transfer, were granted to do so.. A Manager who witnessed all these events was retaliated against for complain about Managers stealing from Sears in the form of gas logs, then he himself was demoted down 2 levels.. I have emails of back and forth conversations with VP's, Directors, HR Dept heads and Sears Lawyers stating how much they all knew about all this and kept promoting said managers. Sear HR Dept and VP&amp;rsquo;s also worked together to keep this from being found out.. Even emails about them lying to their own Ethics Managers, Florida Commission on Human Relationships and the EEOC are in my possession. I also have emails the prove these SEARS Managers also ran a outside Company using Sears Customers that didn't purchase from Sears.. I have the emails to prove it all.. This goes deeper with more proof of all the retaliation against anyone having a claim against their Managers. I have investigated witness list of those employees that were subject to these 4 years of horrors. The Managers are currently still work for Sears. The Sexual Predator Manager is currently leaving with a Sears employee whom he has a relationship with, which is a violation of Sears ethics Policy.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Sears has a history of Racism that keeps getting swept under the rug because of huge pay offs.. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This is not about money. This is about those who have died for our Civil Rights..&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;Enron and WorldCom has nothing on the Violation's committed at Sears.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;BOYCOTT SEARS!!!!&lt;/p&gt;
